“I thought the content was good but the production was terrible. The voice quality ranged from good and clear to almost terrible (especially the recordings from the police interviews). Serial was easy to listen to but I struggled listening to Undisclosed due to the lack of sound quality. I want to hear what they have to say, I just wish it was better quality.”
