“I listen to many true crime podcasts and most of them sound like newsreaders. Dry, unemotional and not engaging.
Not with Ashley and Lacey. The crimes they deal with are horrific and they react accordingly. Full of genuine reactions to awful cases is what makes this podcast the standout in true crime.
Yes there is some bad language but considering the topic, that’s understandable and adds to the empathy shown by Ashley and Lacey for the victims.
