In her current role as President of Sony Music UK’s 4th Floor Creative, she is responsible for overseeing all of the creative disciplines, which offers artists an all-encompassing perspective, in order to accomplish their creative visions.   Beyond Cassandra’s exceptional business achievements, she participates in regular mentoring and hosts various placements for those from more challenging backgrounds.
