Mixes brilliant guests with some bogus
Big fan of the podcast, but was a little baffled when I heard bulletproof founder Dave Asprey make anecdotal health claims about the evils of whole grains as being scientific fact. Anecdotes are fine! It’s part of why I listen. I appreciate that the podcast has a lot of guests who are exploring new territory, but it feels gross when guests such as Asprey make universal health or science claims that aren’t qualified as a personal experience or being actively researched. It devalues the work of real researchers on the show.

Anyone that wants to change or replace bad habits with positive ones are going to to need a little encouragment. Patricia Karpas is a great host and love how the Meditation Studio App has a podcast companion. Very forward thinking and ahead of their time.
