This podcast is a treasure
I miss the podcast and it's a hole in my weekly listening schedule that has yet to be filled with anything remotely close to the same leve. As others have said, if you're checking out the podcast late in the game it's still a good idea to start from episode 1. There's some new value in hearing the old discussions since enough time has elapsed to see the outcomes of some of the prospects being discussed way back when. Good luck to Kevin and the Professor, but I won't deny I (not so) secretly hope for your failure and subsequent return to the glory of ...podcasting. It's hard to be the best of an industry, but you guys were. Unfortunately it's a realm that offers little financial or professional reward and ultimately one that's more a launching pad for greater things that something most could reasonably make a satisfying living off of.

The digressions into movies, video games, food, and music make this podcast stand out from the other generic...Read full review »

This is one of the most entertaining things on the internet regardless of subject. Period. It's about baseball, but so much more than that.
