Endless source of wisdom and companionship
I just want to take this opportunity to thank Upaya for making these podcasts. Not only are they an excellent source of wisdom, they also offer me a place to practice. I am a Zen student and far removed from any physical sangha. The podcasts help me feel connected to Upaya and to all other zen-sitters in the world. It’s like coming home. Thankyou so much Upaya. Each year I look forward to the Zen Brain series of ten or more episodes. These podcasts are engaging and awakening. Roshi Joan brings delightful teachers to share wisdom and I look forward to one day visiting upaya Zen center in person. Until then, this podcast holds me over.
