Eli is a Iranian researcher from Central European university. Her main fields of interest are gender, women’s rights, media representation, social movements, and women’s representation in cinema. She is also a poet with two published books in her home country and an experimental filmmaker. She is now relocating to Canada to continue her research in Phd of sociology and cultural studies.
