“I’m usually a full cast audio drama podcast type of listener. I avoid one voice narrations like a coworker with a cold. Only two other one voice narration pods have ever made me break my rule. “Breakers” and “Story: Season 1 and 2 The Walk” (by 7 lamb). Vega is the best of both worlds. It starts off rough because the format is unexpected. I have not listened to anything like it before so it was certainly easy to dismiss. But after a second try and really getting passed the first episode, which was more set up and foundation, the subsequent episodes were increasingly awesome and fun to be immersed in! I began to believe in the promise of the first episode ...that no matter what the story would be finished. . . you’ve made me a fan and now I’m waiting.”
