Will Smith’s Obvious Trauma Reaction @ the Oscars
I’m so thankful somebody finally had the BALLS to go against the main stream banter that slams Will, upholds poor victimized Chris Rock and that in my opinion (for the most part) is just uninformed, ignorant and reactionary. I absolutely LOVED Kelly and Chip’s podcast where they had an honest conversation about what they both felt regarding the Will Smith/Chris rock Oscar incident. First and foremost I think it’s fantastic that two friends can have an open conversation where they may slightly disagree in what they think but they are still able to communicate and respectfully hear each other‘s points. What’s also incredible to me is it that often when we engage in conversation like that and instead of getting defensive and just trying to get a point across, if we actually pause for a minute and truly listen to the other person — we may realize that what they are saying is not terribly different than what we are saying. Both Kelly and Chip both adamantly agreed that Will Smith’s actions were unacceptable… I just LOVED that Kelly challenged us to offer a little grace and think deeper about what may have been going on behind the scenes with a person who obviously reacted impulsively in a full blown trauma reaction. Anyone who watched that go down in real time could see that something major was going on with Will as he was struggling to emotionally keep it together for quite some time after he reacted. Obviously — the dude was bawling his head off like a baby on live TV in front of the entire world!! He was obviously not ok. At no point did Kelly condone his actions, she just challenged us to think about what was going on behind what we physically saw. I know this is something I need to practice in my daily life, whether it be people I know or people I don’t know!! Ugh, our culture is just SO QUICK TO BE JUDGMENTAL. If I just strove to think a little more before forming an opinion consistently, and more people did that — this whole world would be a completely different place!!! Thanks so much Kelly and Chip — for continuing to bring honesty, depth, flair and humor to all kinds of topics. I love the balance of this podcast and I’ll be a loyal listener forever. Ignore the bitchy haters - they’re just jealous that they have zero platform so the best they can do is use negative reviews to get their nasty, toxic assholishness out there. Nobody caresssssss!!!!!!!!! Podcast on guys!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Anyone commenting negatively on Kelly personally, is not helpful and not welcomed. There is great info here for everyone to lead a better lifestyle in health.

Don’t like this podcast at all. I only listened to a handful of episodes hoping it would get better. But the discussion is shallow and the voices get on my nerves pretty quickly. Also, a little disappointed that I heard about it from the Bobby Bones folks, because the topics and language are...Read full review »
