The 6 human needs are: Certainty Uncertainty/Variety Love/Connection Significance Growth Contribution I encourage you to notice which two are going to influence and impact your decisions and beliefs and to also challenge yourself if you are meeting these needs in a positive and sustainable way or in a negative fashion.
