“i first started listening to this podcast around june of last year. i was in a very toxic and damaging relationship and i was drained and given up. somehow i found this podcast and the first episode i listened to (low quality men and healing jealousy) opened my eyes. i realized that my boyfriend then wasn’t for me. that i deserved more. i took me a while to break it off because of the trauma bond but i did, and i started my celibacy path. i have never felt this much inner peace. i feel so confident within my body and my heart and soul, i am more focused in every aspect in life and i became so emotionally healthy and have really strong boundaries. i feel in my true divine feminine and i love life. i don’t feel attracted to low quality men and i can differentiate when they are. i trust god that my soulmate is out there and that i need to give him my all but first i need to heal myself completely so i give him the best me. this episode changed my life completely. thank you from the bottom of my heart 💗”
