Fresh, Compelling Drama
I grew up listening to the great radio plays produced by the CBC up in Canada. These days, as production budgets shrink, the form has become less and less produced, to the point where I was worried I might never here a good radio play again. Thankfully my fears have been allayed with Video Palace. This podcast spins an amazing dramatic tale that will keep you glued to your phone. It uses all the best conventions of the old time radio plays while employing a fresh, contemporary story, and a few new tricks. Bravo to the producers and performers who paint a story in my ears as vividly as any seen on screen.
