SO sometimes my best advice is praying on it, listening, and then lending advice on what has helped me the most. this podcast is what has made me feel worthy, understood, HEARD, beautiful even though I am broken, normal even with my thoughts that I truly think I must be the only one who thinks this way, and sometimes I swear it reads my mind. I listened to the insecurities one today and I rocked me. I recommend you listen to it tonight. and then maybe one a day in the car.
