It’s good, except a little melodramatic
I enjoy the story, though the wavering intensity in every word of some characters made it a little difficult in the first third of season one to get them defined. Also, using the name “Grayson” and having “grayborn” people is either a miss or too on the nose. Besides that, audio is well balanced and the world is interesting, even if ‘primitive slave rebellions’ are a hard wrought ground. Worth a listen, if you can get over some great voices, and some weird ones—like the dude who sounds on the verge of tears at every line, and the leader who only has a normal-ish voice with his slave/concubine/“mistress”

Love it so far! I am able to really visualize the scenes as the story is being told. The length of each episode is perfect for my daily commute. Will definitely be listening when season 2 is released.
