“Viva, you are my kindred spirit. In January just before Biden closed flights for unvaccinated Canadians my wife and I fled from TORONTO with only suitcases to Florida and rented a trailer. We came back that summer, sold the house, put the stuff in storage and we are now are splitting time between New Hampshire and Florida. My wife is waiting for her green card (me and the kids are US citizens luckily, but I spent most of my life in Canada) before we can go back to visit family and get our stuff. The sentiments you express about the Bizzarro world that is now Canada mirror my feelings and observations perfectly. I sympathize completely with the shock and horror you experienced there. I wish I could meet you and cry into a beer over our mutual trauma!
