Once great, now unlistenable
This used to be required listening, and now my podcast app asks me if I’m still interested. I’m not. Jerusalem’s analysis is often too clever by half, particularly on urban policy. Overall the show has lost the intellectual playfulness it once had in favor of an endless parade of hot takes. Please slow down, think a little more, and bring a bit of humanity to the show. See slate political gabfest or Ezra Klein’s new gig if you need examples.

Episode 2 great. Hold off on guests until you get more out of the base chemistry of the 3 of you which is great. Love to hear some analysis on the specific issues D&Rs agree on and why those either get passed or not.

Great concept. Informative and really interesting without being overbearing. Going into the details is really refreshing. Great conversations. Really enjoyed the switch between ‘panel’ and interviews.
