Deep Dives and Deep Feels
I love this podcast. Mr. Coates does an amazing job hosting, bringing out hidden gems like the gifted journalist he is. The personal-ness of it is incredibly special. And as someone with mesoamerican heritage I so appreciated the conversation about how the values of these movies provided the scaffolding upon which to bring to life the world of Talocan with the same care as Wakanda. I felt that solidarity while watching the movie and it was so special to hear it talked about specifically.

More eps please. It’s a great show and great conversation. I haven’t even seen the movie yet but loved the first one. Take your time but don’t stop. A slow drip is better than a dried up well. Thanks!
