Tim Burley has spent years working with Veterans and those who all serve, to ensure their transition back to civilian life is seamless and rewarding. Tim is a “problem solver” who strategically attacks transition at the root. Through his years of service assisting veterans, Tim has developed strategic plans both with the Veterans and civilian community to provide information, guidance and training, creating an awareness which benefits both business and communities. Creating this understanding in “the civilian world” for those who have served our country to preserve our freedoms, as they willingly continue to serve as the most trainable, most productive, and most initiative driven leaders in our workforce and communities. Tim Burley, U.S. Army Veteran Non-Commissioned Officer Served in the United State Army from 1984‐1995 both Active Duty and Reserve. Tim served as an Armored Crewman and Tank Commander during the Cold War in Germany. He was also assigned to Ft. Carson, Colorado and served in Armor and Armored Cavalry units specializing in strategic planning and training until being assigned to Recruiting Duty in Wisconsin. Tim is a service‐connected disabled Veteran due to his hearing loss caused by an accident-causing deafness and tinnitus in both ears. He had other injuries with his back and neck. which have now been mitigated through Pain Free Patriots and Emotion Code therapies. After his service Tim has Developed Markets and Products In RFID Industry, was the Organizational Director for Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation, served as a Bank Compliance Officer, Managed Sales and owned a small business, held auto, life, home and commercial business Insurance Licenses, Designed HVAC Systems both Residential and Commercial, Professional Photographer, DJ, and Videographer, is an Ordained Minister, and now is the Executive Director of WelcomeHome.Vet, an initiative he developed to assist Veterans Transitioning back into our communities. Served on the City Councils in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, Tolna, North Dakota. Tim also served as a PTO President, Soccer Coach, Destination Imagination Coach, Junior Achievement Instructor, Boy Scout Development Leader, Citizen Network for Foreign Affairs Trainer in Ukraine, Moldova, and Romania for Agricultural Banking and Organizational Development. Currently Tim is the American Legion Commander in Hutchinson, MN, he also served as it’s Chaplain – Chair of the Department Public Relations Committee, USABOT Charter Member, DAV Member, U.S. Army Armor & Cavalry Member, Saluting Community Heroes Board of Directors, Pain Free Patriots Veterans Advocacy Committee. Chamber of Commerce Volunteer, Peer to Peer Veterans Counselor, Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Stakeholder, Senate Veterans Outreach Advisor, BNI Vice President, and 40&8 Member. Tim also served as an American Legion District Vice Commander. In 2014 Tim had a major health issue that he fought through after being told that only 1 in 350,000 a year survive. After that health incident, Tim dedicated his life to assisting his Brothers and Sisters who served or are serving to see them grow and succeed after transition and mitigated any issues by assisting them with decisions that heal their body, soul, and mind. Tim lives in Hutchinson, Minnesota and has been married to his wife Jenni since 2012. Tim has 6 sons, (3 are step sons) Ian, Noah, Logan, Devon, Nolan, and Caiden. Noah served in the United States Army as a Crypto Linguist, he recently left the military and now attends Colorado State University. Logan served in the United States Army and has recently finished his service. He and his wife Lexi recently moved back to the Hutchinson area and have a newborn son, Easton.
