Imagine if every kid had the opportunity to act on their dreams. A world where someone saw them, believed in them, and gave them the skills to go after those dreams. As well as how perhaps we can't change our biases but what we can do is to try and not act from them. Finally, we discuss how society plays such a big role in what we deem risky and not. Many of us dive headfirst into marriage (said to have a 50% success rate) but spend our entire life building up the courage to make small steps towards a dream like changing careers or building a business.
