Relatable to the Nth degree
Someone who can find the words to describe a modern struggle so many men hold on their own . The episode I’d suggest renaming , “Time to find a new doctor” was relatable , frustrating , and also highlights why this podcast is so timely. Although each episode just leaves me wanting to give Ron a hug and say , “hey dude nothing wrong with loving whatever version of yourself you see in mirror everyday, no matter what your goals for your future body may be” . My general experience has been no number on the scale , or diet plan will ever trigger an end to the voice judging and repeating every piece of unsolicited commentary about your body and preventing you from being comfortable with yourself . Your already the man , numbers are just numbers . Thanks for the excellent podcast.

Raw, vulnerable, and honest. Although the focus is weight, it connects at a visceral level with all struggles for self-acceptance.
