“I’m very new on my journey, just at the beginning of pursuing weight loss surgery. A friend who went through weight loss surgery successfully recommended that I listen to this podcast. I have found it incredibly informative, relatable to my life, and easy to keep listening. I find myself listening to this in my car more often than the local radio stations. I also listen at home while I’m doing dishes or other stuff. Thank you for taking the time to make this podcast and be there for those of us going through the challenges with our weight.”
