Dan Sullivan What specifically did you go after? Dean Jackson I spent more time. Everything that I do, i get done in what I call 50-minute focus finders, and the basics of the idea are that I've had ADD and I would always look at, even with the best intentions. I would want to do something, but I would find it difficult to focus or to do what I say I'm going to do without any supervision or accountability. So I started saying to myself listen, is it true that I can't focus, and is there any situation in my life where I can? And I immediately started thinking about golf And I thought I can play golf for four or five hours in a row with no problem. I can do that all the time. I can go to movies. I love going to movies And I don't have a problem with that. That's a couple of hours. And I started looking at what are the characteristics of what's going on with golf that makes it so easy for me to keep my word on that or to focus on that for an extended period of time. And it developed into an acronym for golf, which is all the characteristics of why I'm able to focus on that particular activity. And I thought, ok, well, first of all, the G is there's a goal, and a goal. I'd see the goal as a decision that I've made, the decision that this is what I'm going to do. I put it in the calendar.
