“As far as rewatch pods go, this one is pretty meh. There is very little preparation put in beyond rewatching the episode. You never know which of the hosts will actually be there. Q&A episodes could be fun, but they read the question and say, “That’s a good question….I don’t know.” Sometimes questions will be targeted for Zooey, for instance, but she’s not there so it just gets unanswered. They do reruns a lot but don’t post them as reruns so you have to either remember or look back and see it’s a rerun. But sometimes it can be genuinely good. It is fun when they are interviewing people and you get some behind the scenes stuff. Nick’s Box is probably the best thing they do, getting more memories from the show. On the rare occasion you get all the hosts, it is actually a lot of fun to listen and get the inside scoop. It’s just no Office Ladies. Keep expectations low and you can enjoy the highlights.”
