“God help me, as a diehard OC fan, I really want to love this podcast, but I just can’t. I’m hoping that Rachel and Mindy can find their footing as they continue. The episodes without a guest suffer the most - without someone to interview, the show lacks focus and tends to meander quite a bit. (Although sometimes that doesn’t even help. The ep with Peter Gallagher, while pleasant enough, didn’t spend more than 5 mins recapping any details of the actual episode it was supposed to be about.) Listening to the ladies chat about their pets and guess the wrong answers to trivia questions that are easily answered by fans isn’t compelling. With a little structure and format, and some more juicy behind-the-scenes dish (seems like they’re willing to reveal only PG tidbits), this show could be a lot better.
(Two big criticisms - one is the length and frequency of commercials. The second is that for those who haven’t seen the entire series and were hoping to watch an episode each week and then listen to the corresponding podcast - there are spoilers GALORE about future episodes, tossed in without any warning.)”

“This was my favorite FAVORITE show as a teen(14-18) originally aired when I was In high school and was hooked from the start still have all four seasons on DVD somewhere in my house lol so so excited for this!!!”
