I’ve just started listening to this podcast from episode 1 after it was recommended to me, and I would like to recommend it to others. A human and compassionate look into living with anxiety from an ACT perspective, filled with a interesting mix of wisdom, advice and experience from a range of experts, those with lived experience, and both. Well done to all those involved in bringing this together to help others on their journey.

I’ll re-listen to certain podcasts when having bad anxiety. It talks me through it and calms me down. Love knowing what physically my body is doing in anxiety so I can rationally think it through . Anxiety 101 is my fav and ‘ saved’ in my podcasts for the hard days . Also your voice calms me
