So grateful to have found this podcast!
In a moment of desperation when I recognised that I needed to try and do something about the way I am constantly catastrophizing, I searched “anxiety” in Apple podcasts and found Dr Jodi. Thank GOODNESS. The way she speaks about anxiety, triggers and, most importantly, strategies to help these thoughts is truly comforting. I found myself immediately at ease and empowered to start taking control of my thoughts. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone with anxiety and anxious tendencies.
