I listen to the podcast during my morning workouts and it makes the time fly by, plus I come out of it more knowledgeable and happier (from all the laughing). Quick question, my husband and I are going to start trying to conceive within the next month or two. I have been taking vitamins for a long time…omega-3, vitamin B complex, magnesium, probiotics and a multivitamin. Should I stop taking these vitamins and take a prenatal vitamin instead? Is the prenatal vitamin all I need, or should I be taking supplements with it? For some background information, I only eat fish, no other meat. I eat lots of eggs and healthy fats - plus a ton of veggies every day. The diet is under control and ready for baby, I just want to make sure I’m getting the vitamins and minerals that I need.
