Lots of Useful Info!
Hey girls. Thanks so much for the work you do and the information you share with us women (and men) who are trying to read between the lines of the media and manufacturers. I listen to the podcast during my morning workouts and it makes the time fly by, plus I come out of it more knowledgeable and happier (from all the laughing). Quick question, my husband and I are going to start trying to conceive within the next month or two. I have been taking vitamins for a long time…omega-3, vitamin B complex, magnesium, probiotics and a multivitamin. Should I stop taking these vitamins and take a prenatal vitamin instead? Is the prenatal vitamin all I need, or should I be taking supplements with it? For some background information, I only eat fish, no other meat. I eat lots of eggs and healthy fats - plus a ton of veggies every day. The diet is under control and ready for baby, I just want to make sure I’m getting the vitamins and minerals that I need. Thanks!! Great work.

While they have the well-informed practical advice to take your health to the next level, they...Read full review »

I just started listening and really enjoy the podcast. The best part is the lack of judgement. We can all do paleo our own way. I did not feel paleo b/c I eat dairy, homemade sourdough, and an occasional bean, but Stefani made it clear that if it does not have an adverse effect we can eat it...Read full review »
