Douglas Batchelor manages to explain even the most convoluted of esoteric topics in a straightforward, highly engaging and endlessness entertaining way. He shines a light on sometimes well-known, sometimes half-forgotten figures, traditions and practices of magic, dispenses with many tenacious but false myths and never fails to enlighten the listener with a cornucopia of knowledge and is charming personality.
