Anna is the founder and managing director of Milk Management who are a full service agency managing Women, Men, New Faces, Curve, Digital Influencers and Artists. We talk to her on everything they don't tell you about starting a business. After a career spanning over 17 years Anna found herself feeling that there needed to be a change within the fashion industry and that diversity and inclusion needed to be introduced. Being one of the first curve models Anna knew that models were misrepresented and therefore founded MiLK in 2011 to try and change this within the fashion industry. In this podcast we discuss where it all started for Anna and where MiLK was born. We also debunk ideas like whether a background in a field is necessary to start and does starting a business mean needing a lot of investment and funds. Being signed with MilK personally for over 3 years now, Anna is like family and speaks honestly of her highs and lows with me.
