Used to be so good
I’ve been listening since the beginning and consider myself an OG Valley Girl and have always loved the pod. BUT recently I feel so bored with the episodes, fast forwarding through so many ads, and even through some of the dialogue. I really don’t wish to be negative but I would love if there was a clearer direction to some of the episodes. Though I love a girly chat, most of the time there isn’t much substance to the conversations and the same topics are harped on over and over and over. The story episodes are elite and the whole time I’m cackling. But when it’s just aimless chatting, it feels like a mundane unentertaining conversation you’d have with a friend, not one worthy of recording and posting to the internet. I also wish they’d stop with the endless disclaimers before saying anything remotely unpopular. Just be yourselves, say what you think and stop worrying about people not liking it. Influencers pandering to what they think the internet wants to hear has to be the most uninteresting thing to listen to. Anyway, I’ll continue to listen for now just thought this constructive criticism may be helpful.

This is one of my new favorite podcasts to listen to! I feel like I’m listening to my friends. They make me laugh, but they also have a way of making you think. Their topics are relatable and interesting. They make me want to make my own podcast!
