“I have chronic ocd , I love ALEGRA so much However I found the two hosts to come off as extremely judgmental and not listening to what alegra was saying (she repeated herself
Multiple times) I appreciate them trying to understand and make the effort but this just missed the mark for me. I felt like Alegra was dodging very important topics (taboo) and factors of Ocd and I think it’s because of the disconnect she was having with them. Super disappointed.”
