“As I type this, I’m sitting on the side of the road waiting for a wreck on the freeway to be cleaned up that was obviously caused by an improper towing setup. The pickup and trailer were still attached by the safety chains sitting perpendicular to traffic across both lanes. As an EMT with our local search and rescue team I ran up to check and see if everyone was alright. Although there were no physical injuries, pride lay shattered on the ground.
I recently traded in my 4x4 Silverado for a GTI so I can drive all across Western Montana with my new job. I now catch myself looking at dirt roads with wonder and curiosity. I plan on saving my pennies and getting a different truck next year but I can live vicariously through you guys in the meantime!
I love your guys’ layout, rants and suggestions; keep up the good work!
