Mariate is one of the bubbliest people I’ve ever met. She started life as a management consultant and then spent 8 years at Microsoft before deciding to take the plunge and build her own digital marketing company. It was so successful that she sold it to WPP, one of the world’s largest communication companies. She then re-entered corporate, spending some time at Google before becoming the Head of Latin America for Stripe, a company that does infrastructure for online payments.
