Silvia is the President of Latin America for Danone, one of the biggest food companies in the world. She worked at McDonald's and P&G in Mexico before joining Mars, where she rose to General Manager for the Chocolates division and General Manager for the Pet division. In 2014, Silvia became the Food Chief Marketing Officer of Mars globally, based in Belgium. She then returned to Mexico to run Danone.
