Today we are joined by the lovely Eileen Loughlin who bravely shares her story around the loss of her little girl Annabel in a tragic accident when she was 3 years old. She tells us how she coped through the trauma of losing her child and ways she manages to keep Annabel alive in her and her family’s hearts every day.  Grief is something we are all going to experience at some point in our life.
