Amazing Storytelling!
This guy Taylor can make any subject interesting and informative. Never boring, and most importantly, it’s the gateway everyone needs to get hyped about the ecosystem we rely on. We don’t really get the opportunity to truly know the farmers and ranchers who grow our food like our ancestors once did, but this feels like the closest you can come to that (especially if you exclusively shop at the grocery store). My favorite episodes are the ones where Katie is the guest!

Please talk about celery powder, how no organic option is available, concerns about nitrosamines from nitrates added to meat, and can you make (frozen) “hot dogs” WITHOUT added nitrates/celery powder/etc.?
