There is a paradigm shift happening in how we view our mental and physical health, recognising the innate link between our brains and our bodies. New emerging research is also beginning to show a link between trauma and chronic conditions like autoimmune disease.  Niall is joined by friend of the podcast Dr. Sara Gottfried, who you may remember from our ‘Hormone Health’ episode.
