This is as complicated as it sounds like fiction. Or as people say it is truth stranger than fiction. But it is truth. And one that has taken over the last decade of my life. I am never one to claim the victim but when you are left solely to survive a system meant to protect you , it tryinf to harm you as you become a liability, it invariably changes how you view the sytst and how safe the system ‘Truly’ is and the measure they will take to cover any liability on their end. Even if it means the well being and even in many instances freedom or life of the onethey wrongly suspected. We haven’t heard of such much since the 70s when prosecutors deliberately and repeatedly withheld information which would have exonerated more often than not, the suspected (yet known innocent) African American. Exonerations rare and compensation even more so for taking of ones freedom or life, deliberately . Yet no prosecutor ever stood trial for premeditated murder WHUCH is exactly what that is and was. Instead it is those wrongly Sussex Ofer who suffer the devastations of a federal domestic terrorism investigation gone horribly wrong. Because there is no connection to the crime and the person they’ve been holding against their will under what the YN and US have declared ‘torturous’ conditions. I am well versed in law, legal and cou self. Most especially after a decade of immersing myself into what I’ve needed to protect me . But more than knowledge, it’s been grace that has given me chance after Chance and to as if by a last knowing, the ability to evade their every entrapment. Perhaps most notably by ruining my repurposed and making what was happening public and myself sound even crazier than thru would make me out so I would for years not obtain the proper medical treatment or help for Seders injuries caused directly in effect of their malpractice and negligence . The state went so far as to THIS YEAR , to write my insurance and falsely allege the mass I was referred by an ER DOCTOR for an MRI, was Not suspected and there was no need for coverage, sending me a copy along with a legal representation form. In other words I was allowed my legal or health care rights. Not both and in order to get this much needed procedure? All other injuries caused by LACK OF TX AND preventative medicine according to expert witnesses and other documentation... I’d HAGE to sign off on one or the other.
