I enjoy the conversation
And the engagement that they ask for from social media. It’s about building a community for me. The only thing that holds me back from listening to the whole episode in one seating is that I’m not sure where the conversation is going or what its objective is. There’s a lot of topics covered in a single episode (so far) that could be an episode of their own. I would love to see a little bit of structure to where it’s at least clear what the episode is about or what I’m meant to be taking away from it beyond just listening to a casual conversation. Other than that, I’m happy to see Kendall doing something new and different and definitely speaking more freely. I had never followed Galey before, but I enjoy her positive vibes as well.

This show is so so good and such an important conversation about mental health. They do such a great job of mixing mental health with fun entertaining stories. You will laugh and cry and then laugh again but most importantly feel better after listening.
