“I think the work at Emily Fletcher is doing with Ziva is wonderful, and she has been a leading voice in trying to get meditation to the masses and so that is wonderful and I applaud hers
I really like the guests that Emily has chosen, but I wish that she would allow them more airtime, and that listeners could actually get a sense of the work that they do, as opposed to always through the lens of Emily.
There is also a particular brand of breathy, white, women-in-wellness that is hard to listen to. Elena Brower, Emily Fletcher, Gabby Bernstein…. The declarations of love, and the effusive and breathy exultations!!
Anyway – I think often with the best Podcasts, the hosts actually allow for dialogue as opposed to dominating the conversation, and I think this would definitely be made better by a little bit less Emily and a little bit more of her guests”
