Description
Welcome to this episode of The Wild Golf Podcast.  Our guest this week is Sandy Jamieson. Sandy once coached at the highest level on tour with the likes of Jarrod Lyle, Robert Allenby and Y. E. Yang.  Sandy then returned to his homeland where he had one of the most prized positions in golf as the Head Professional at one of the top sand belt golf courses in Australia.  But he wasn’t happy and something drew him back to where his golf journey began, on a public golf course learning the game with one club.  For almost two years now, Sandy has been based  out of a public nine hole golf course working exclusively with beginners, and he has has never been happier or more fulfilled as a golf professional.  Sandy is making a difference with passion and good humour;  he isn’t growing the game, he is saving the game of golf, a game that must continue to thrive on public courses if it is going to survive at all.  With Sandy, golf is as it should be; Easy, Fun and Affordable.   I hope you enjoy this time with Sandy as much as we did.  You can find out more about Sandy on his website https://1club.golf and you can follow him on Twitter at @jamogolf.
