I’m sure I have already reviewed but...
This is probably my number 1 favourite podcast of all time. Always inspiring and though provoking. Vitalis, like myself, came to ‘wild food’ and living off the land as a result of being a health centred practitioner who believes many of our issues arise from a disconnect from nature. As a physical therapist of the last 15years and hunter/forager for the last 8 I recently chose to ‘upgrade’ to Osteopathy and find myself on yet another degree. I am immediately struck by the similarities between people like AT Still the founder of Osteopathy, Leopold, Hippocrates etc... all taking inspiration and guidance from the natural world and our more integrated place within it. I’ve just been listening to an osteopathic podcast and struggled to find anything relevant to my practice, my life or my health! A load of rambling boring conversation with no clear point. Even just the intro to the latest WildFed episode was immediately more ‘osteopathic’ in nature and phiolosophy and that is certainly true for very many of the previous episodes also. As a health practitioner it’s five stars from me. I have just shared the latest episode with my classmates in our study group citing the above rational. I wish there was something more I could do to support and promote WildFed. Cheers.
