That’s a very cruel thing to say. No victim of domestic violence met a man knowing that he would abuse them. It’s like saying to victims of fraud that they were cheated because they were dumb. All of us can be victims. It’s really about possibilities and luck. And honestly, just giving up Russian roulette is a reasonable choice for women.
