The Redwood—a natural wine Pop-Up is setting down roots in a permanent location in Downtown Sebastopol in former Ginger Thai location across from the Hopmonk and near the post office. 9:20 The Livery on Main one side is a co-work spot with day passes available for visitors and coming soon in former K& L Bistro site will be the Goldfinch. The menu will focus on creative plant-based dishes with seafood and meats as sides. The bar program will elevate the classics and have an excellent selection of both new and old-world wines. 10:00 The Livery with three levels will feature The Stables— The Stables, via Farm To Coast Collective. This particular area will house our food hall on ground floor and cocktail lounge on upper level. Food vendors will include Charro Negro —Former chef de cuisine for 10 years at Willi’s Seafood & Raw Bar in Healdsburg, Rodrigo soon after began this dynamic concept of fresh seafood prepared Mexican-style. Taverna Lithi —Greek Mediterranean plates. Cozy Plum Kitchen with plant based vegan offerings. And the return of Village Bakery. 11:00 The Loft on the top level will have The Farriers Cocktail lounge - with local oysters, artisan cheese, and salami platters. Doors for all the places in the Livery are set to open Autumn 2022. 15:00 Suggested Itinerary: Start out at Retrograde Coffee and then go antiquing at Antique Society. Lunch at Handline then head out to the beach and come back into town for dinner at Gravenstein Grill.
