Can of San Marzano tomatoes, one stick of butter, sweet onion cut in half, salt and pepper to taste. Directions: Throw the tomatoes in a pot. Add the butter and onion and simmer on low for an hour to two hours. Then take the onions out and immersion blend the remaining sauce and salt to taste and that’s it! Simple and easy and delicious!
