Shortly after moving to a small town to live with her father and his new family in Pennsylvania, somewhat troubled 14-year-old Tanya Kach disappeared in 1996. Her dad and stepmom were not initially concerned and waited several days to even report their daughter missing as Tanya had a history of running away for a few days only to later return no worse for the wear. Only this time, she did not return. Over the years there would be clues that might have led investigators to the missing girl...if they had followed up. As it were, it would be more than a decade before Tanya's family were learn what had happened to her all those years ago.
