With over $2,200,000 in tournament winnings and millions more in both live and online cash games, Alec Torelli is one of the most respected poker players in the industry today. Alec began his career playing in live home games with friends, and quickly moved to playing online under the name ‘traheho’. By the time he was 19 years old, he had won the biggest tournament in online history, the FTOPS, and made over $1,000,000 in a year, becoming one of the biggest winners in the world. When he turned 21, he set his sights on tournaments and became the only player in history to win back to back events at the Bellagio. He also came in 6th place in the $40,000 buy in 40th Anniversary WSOP Event for $330,000, and 2nd in the WSOP Heads Up Event for $337,000. In 2012, he moved to Macau and is known for competing in the nosebleed high stakes cash games there. Alec returned to tournaments in 2023 and finished 11th in the largest WSOP Main Event in history, cashing for $700,000. In his 18-year career, Alec has traveled to over 50 countries and been featured on ESPN, CBS Sports, Travel Channel, Fox Sports, Cigar Aficionado, Poker News and many more. Compelled by his passion to share the lessons he’s learned and help others on their journey, in 2017, Alec founded Conscious Poker, a poker training site dedicated to transforming good players into great ones. Since then, Alec has coached hundreds of players from all over the world, both in person and virtually, and thousands more have taken his programs to take their game to the next level. Alec is an avid investor. He has been investing in cryptocurrency since 2017 and also has helped syndicate deals for mobile home parks and venture capital.
