Love this podcast!!!
This is my first time listening to a podcast show. Never really been a fan of it but always wondered how the experience would be and I could not choose a better show to get hooked ❤️ Thank you so much for sharing your journey through life by following your passion. It is admirable what you have achieved in your young life and I ask God to continue blessing you with wisdom and that spark you bring to whatever is that you are doing. So far I love all the episodes!!! I particularly resonated with the “horror stories” about contractors. 😅 We do have a rather long story (about 4 years of nightmare) with a contractor while building our food processing plant a while ago. We were basically victims of all the things you say we should be aware of and more. The funny thing is that this was a project being supervised by our Bank since they were funding this construction and still, this contractor not only did not complete the job, didn’t pay subcontractors (even though he was getting paid by the bank, thru our loans, but at the end, my beloved husband still trying to find “good heart” in these people, approved a final payment to finish the floors but they never came back.. We wanted to sue but were advised that if we do, a judge would stop the construction until things get settled and that could take years and we needed to move!!!! Later we found out that we were not the only ones victims of them but also, that they have several cases in courts still pending to be settled. It is actually a disgrace that things like this happen, to anyone but it is our reality… But enough lamenting 🤣, I also love the episode about diy. I love to diy and love to give things a second purpose if that make sense. I love flea markets too (our house is probably about 60% flea market/thrifty stores find). We built our house but thru a developer and although we couldn’t customize it, we did take everything basic (floors, countertops, lighting, bathrooms finished, etc) and replaced everything little by little. Also, tear down walls and eliminated a closet (I know sounds like a sin but for me is better because I don’t have the temptation to buy more clothes 🤪) to make a bigger master bathroom! We even squeeze a powder room (which the house didn’t have). But the main project was the floor!!!!! We did travertine and my husband spent night months installing them. It was brutal!!!! But so worth it as it came out beautiful!!! I will try to send you a picture of our foyer so you can appreciate it. That all being said, thank you so much again for all the content you share. You are truly a great source of inspiration for interior design and decor!!! Kepp up the good work ❤️❤️❤️

Love your podcast… I have enjoyed listening to your journey. I have been “slowly turning over” homes for 28 years. I enjoy listening to your perspective…since I am your mommas age. 😁
