I am sure it is different in all teams, but I have always been curious. You mentioned the head coach hires the coaching staff, which is understandable. My questions are about the finances. Is it normally we have X amount of money and you can find your person for that amount? we want Coach see how much he wants? Or we have X amount of money for an entire staff so get who you want with that amount of money?”
