“Love the show! Rick, if the most important ability is availability then how do you judge propensity for injury? The Bosa brothers seem to be injured a lot, is there a link to family history? For a school like Iowa that develops unknowns: is injury more likely since they have to go all-out to earn a spot, or maybe less likely because since high school they have trained and played hard yet survived the grind? Are there position-specific (wide receiver quad injuries, or knees for a lineman) factors? You’re giving these guys a lot of money, so injury likelihood is surely a big deal.”
